You have to take a shuttle to the casino since the parking lot is so far away. We pulled in at 8 PM and paid the fee only to find out at 11:30 the casino closes at midnight. Apparently we were the only ones that would pay the fee as we were the only one there. The so-called RV parking is nothing more than a parking lot located in the back of the building with no security or hook ups (usually have hook ups with paying a fee at other casinos). We understood this casino required permit parking for $40 per night in their RV park. We drive a travel van and usually park in casino parking lots with the blessing of security. It very unprofessional kind of made us both feel like we some kind of criminal degenerates' my wife said she felt like she was in trouble the way security guard spoke to her What I did not like was the overall treatment. The staff in general needs improvement in many areas.

I would also like to mention that if your disabled your going to find getting around this hotel difficult. I was told go find the free cart in the casino, why? Unbelievable.

The food is expensive and not very good at all. It was difficult to pull them open we both thought they were locked. There is only 2 drawers in each room that's it along with small closet that's if you can open the door to it. then they built this cheap looking box around it which could echo sound into the next room. the speakers face the wall behind it, not toward the person watching. Since I'm very hard of hearing I turned up the TV a little and they sent a security guard to my room in minutes telling another me guest complained. Took the staff 2 hours to fix these problems.

When I did get to the room I had some difficulty with the keycard not working, then the television did not work at all. The staff just stood there, no help at all with my luggage. Upon arrival the entry was blocked with Several cars which made it hard to maneuver around them. the service was awful to the say the least. This hotel is not very friendly towards people with disabilities.
